Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Tendering and procurement process for the selection of Contractors and suppliers leading to the shortlisting and appointment.

Continuous market research for new products and alternative and efficient products to suit the design.

Manage a variety of contracts/subcontracts in accordance with the company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and contract requirements.

Analyse and assess potential impacts associated with contractual disputes, and assists in negotiations to resolve informal and formal disputes.

Assist the vendor selection process/ pre-qualification of contractor before award of contract for different categories.

Coordinate with the Projects team to understand the technical requirements, oversee the release of request for quotation/ enquiry, receipt of quotations from vendors.

Coordinate with the external/ internal consultants to review the general tender document prepared by the respective consultant and customize it as per the specific requirement.

Participating in Industrial Plant, Residential and Commercial building project.

Qualification:

M.Tech/B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical.

Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.

Pay: ?17,411.52 - ?76,350.41 per month
