Job Summary:
Alltex Exim Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our
finance team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting
operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards. This role is crucial in supporting the companys financial health and will report directly
to the CFO and Directors. Prior experience in an export-import company is preferred.Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Accounting Operations:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting software.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries to ensure data accuracy.2. Invoicing and Documentation:
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and manage billing activities.
Handle export-import payments and liaise with banks for transaction-related activities.
Reconcile and maintain documentation for all import/export transactions.3. Compliance and Taxation:
Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company policies.4. Financial Reporting:
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.5. Inventory Management:
Manage and reconcile inventory accounts.
Collaborate with the procurement and logistics.6. Audit and Documentation:
Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Maintain organized, up-to-date accounting records for audit and reference purposes.7. Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline finance-related workflows.
Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and other finance-related tasks as required by the CFO.Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: M.Com / B.Com.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an

export/import trading or manufacturing company.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel, and familiarity with

accounting software.

• Knowledge: Understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST regulations, and

export-import procedures.

• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work under

pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in the textile or yarn industry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

• INR 3.00 lakhs to 4.00 lakhs per annum.
