. As we scale our operations, we're looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to lead our finance and compliance processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day accounting entries

, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Handle

GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)

and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation. Calculate, deduct, and file

TDS returns

and manage challans (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.). Prepare monthly

P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports

, and MIS summaries. Coordinate with CA/Auditors for internal and external audits. Maintain records of

vendor payments, receivables, and statutory compliance

. Support

payroll processing

and ensure proper deductions (PF/ESIC if applicable). Supervise junior accounts staff (if any) and guide them on compliance tasks. Maintain invoice documentation and assist in timely reporting to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter)

2+ years of accounting experience

in a corporate or manufacturing/trading setup In-depth working knowledge of:

GST

: Input/output reconciliation, e-way bills, monthly returns

TDS

: Deduction on salary, contractor, professional services, etc. Familiarity with

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

, MS Excel, and banking portals

Key Skills:

GST filing & compliance TDS calculation and returns Bank reconciliation & ledger management Financial reporting MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Attention to detail & strong work ethic Communication and documentation

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience working in a

healthcare, construction, or equipment trading company

Knowledge of

Zoho Books, Busy, or other cloud-based accounting tools

Understanding of

inventory accounting and project-based expense tracking
