The main focus of the profile will be on 5 factors - Finalization of Accounts, Data Management, Statutory Compliance, TDS Filling & GST filling. The brief details are below: Qualified CA\'s will be preferred. Require candidates from real estate backgrounds. Accounts & Finance: - Day-to-day accounting and following up with team members. - Verification of all payments of Contractors- R.A. Bills, Purchase and Expense Bills. - Preparation of Quarterly and yearly Financials. - Follow up with financial institution for opening & amendment of LC & avail of buyer\'s credit against LC payment. - Follow up with customers & financial institutions for collection. - Follow up with financial institution for loan disbursement. - Provide details for financial institutions when required. MIS & Budgeting - - Work with department managers on budgets and forecasts, including ongoing monitoring of performance and ad-hoc analyses related to their function. - Prepare quarterly basis provisional cash flow statements for management. - Compare provisional cash flow statements with actual expenses and identify variances, if any. - Preparing various MISs as when required by the Management. Taxation - - Compliance with various statutory laws such as Income tax, Service tax, and Works Contract tax, etc. - Handling Income tax scrutiny case assessments, commissioner appeals, and search cases. Others - - Handling various ROC Compliances: annual return filing, extension of AGM. - Calculation of individual Employee TDS, verification of Salary, verifying payments of PF, ESIC, and PT related to salary.
