This role combines computer operation responsibilities with Corporate Accounting along with leadership and team coordination qualities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various computer software, and be capable of effectively managing a small team. Additionally, this role requires office management skills, the ability to coordinate with various sites, and knowledge of banking procedures. **Base Responsibility:** Corporate Accounting and Accounts management for an construction firm. with proficiency in TALLY PRIME Software. **Other Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Computer Operation:** - Proficiently operate computer systems and peripherals. - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. - Basic English language skills for written and verbal communication. 2. **Banking:** - Handle basic banking procedures, such as depositing and withdrawing funds. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Ensure compliance with company financial policies. 3. **Team Leadership:** - Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 members. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Set and monitor team goals and objectives. 3. **Effective Communication:** - Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments. - Ensure information is relayed accurately and promptly. 4. **Site Coordination:** - Coordinate and liaise with various sites as required. - Ensure seamless communication and workflow between teams at different locations. 5. **Decision Making:** - Make informed decisions in alignment with company policies and objectives. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment. 6. **Office Management:** - Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and workspace organization. - Ensure a clean and organized office environment. - Support administrative tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** - Graduate or equivalent. - Proven experience in computer operation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Office management skills. - Experience in coordinating activities with multiple sites. - Basic knowledge of banking procedures. - Basic English language proficiency. - Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership qualities. - Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Additional Requirements:** - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy. - Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities. - Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements.
