Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in financial planning/services industry
• Master's in finance
• Good technical knowledge of financial products and financial services sector
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• CFPs are preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Strong Communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both quickly and accurately.

Role Dimensions

Preparation of suitability reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and prepare associated documentation as required.

Responsible for day-to-day paraplanning tasks - identifying what's required, where client cases have information missing or outstanding actions. Then working with the advisers and administrative team to obtain this information and subsequently writing a suitability report.

Research on products and investment strategies.

Any client related communications are required to be recorded on the client's file in clear and intelligible English.

Attend client meetings.

Provide support with administrative functions when required. Liaise with product providers to acquire any information that may be required.

Train the less experienced team members.

Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

Commit to personal development and keeping knowledge up to date with the new legislative changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
