Industry - Contracting, Construction, Interior Fit out

R&R

• AP & AR - Verify, allocate, post and reconcile

• Financial Accounting MIS - Trail Balance, Cashflow, P&L, Balance sheet, other accounting reporting, analysis and present the results

• Treasury Management, Banking Relationships

• Budgeting - Project and Company wise as per schedule & monitor

• Payroll preparation, review and process through subordinates

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns

• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close price

• Plan, assign and review staff's work

• Internal Audit - business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles & other compliances. Investigate and resolve non compliances

• Asset Management - Physical and Financial

• ERP - Configure, Review and Operationalize

• Entry level Financial controller objectives

Skills & Education

• Prior experience in accounting 4 Years

• Working knowledge in VAT & trained in Corporate taxation

• Preferred understanding on subsidiary and group structures

• Industry Experience - Contracting, Construction ,Fit out Joinery

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant. Relevant certifications CMA, CPA, CA -

• Tech exposure - Accounting packages, Office, Analytics

Job location :Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month

• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• Furniture design: 2 years (Preferred)
