Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Provide financial reports to management for decision-making. Knowledge in logistics , VAT and GST preferable Oversee the general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Ensure proper coding and classification of financial transactions. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets. Collaborate with management to prepare financial forecasts. Analyze budget variances and provide insights. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and address potential issues. Implement improvements to enhance control procedures. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with external tax advisors when necessary. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insights to improve financial performance. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Coordinate and review the work of the accounting team. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare documentation for external audits. Serve as a key point of contact for auditors. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions. Cash Management: Manage cash flow and treasury functions. Monitor banking activities and reconcile bank statements.
