Description :SUMMARYLooking to add a team member with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Cash Accounting with the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. The accountant will work closely with the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and the Accounting Manager for all aspects of corporate cash activity. This includes recording transactions, preparing general ledger account reconciliations, and preforming variance analysis to ensure all transactions are recorded properly. To be successful in this role the accountant must have strong communication skills and attention to detail in a high-volume.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record any necessary cash related journal entries during month-end close.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a high volume of multi-currency bank accounts.
• Heavy balance sheet account reconciliations, and ensuring all reconciling items are cleared in a timely basis for functional accounting processes.
• Communicate with multiple levels in the organization for their respective areas.
• Prepare and provide quarterly and yearly audit information as requested.
• Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related GAAP accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically Power Query, Power Pivot, and Macros.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable processes.
• Independent, reliable, and self-motivated.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable processes and impact on Cash Accounting
• Blackline, Salesforce, or Oracle experience a plus.
• Analysis of all variances and/or Cash trend explanations.
