Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Intercompany processes to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial reporting across our organization\'s subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
Intercompany Transactions Management:

Execute end-to-end intercompany transactions, including billing, reconciliations, and settlements.

Ensure that all intercompany transactions comply with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain clear and organized records of all intercompany transactions.

Monitor and ensure compliance with international accounting and tax regulations.

Reconciliation and Reporting:

Conduct regular reconciliations of intercompany balances to identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.

Prepare accurate financial reports related to intercompany transactions for management and external audits.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency in the intercompany process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce errors.

Transfer Pricing:

Work closely with the tax team to ensure adherence to transfer pricing policies and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.

Assist to prepare all the Intercompany invoices for settlement and other documents required by Treasury for settlement.

Audit Support:

Assist with internal and external audits related to intercompany transactions.

Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA, CMA ,CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.

Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting with a strong focus on intercompany processes.

Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems(Oracle) and AGIS

Thorough knowledge of international accounting standards and transfer pricing

regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
