:
A Tally Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions using Tally software. This role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The Tally Accountant will work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update financial data in Tally ERP software.
• Invoicing and Billing: Generate and dispatch invoices and bills; follow up on pending payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage payments to vendors and track receivables.
• Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain records for audits.
• Expense Management: Monitor company expenses and process employee reimbursements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and ensure data security.
• Support and Collaboration: Work with the finance team and assist during audits and special projects.
