Thinvent is a product company. We design and manufacture computing products and sell them under our own brand name. Our accounting team members are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our business, while meeting our organization's high standards of ethics and compliance.

Salary range : 25K to 45K per month


Responsibilities :


+ Knowledge of GST calculation and filing
+ TDS calculations and filing
+ Salary and attendance
+ Knowledge of ZOHO software will be preferred
+ Knowledge of Inventory Physical & Reco
+ Preparing financial analyses and reports
+ Knowledge of liasoning with bank for funding
+ Knowledge of getting subsidy from government departments and preparing related documents
+ Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
+ Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
+ Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts
+ Assisting with annual audit preparations
+ Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
+ Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns
+ Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
+ Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned



Expectations :


+ Minimum fours years' experience in a similar role
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
+ 3+ years of accounting experience
+ Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
+ Strong financial analysis skills
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Strong organizational and stress management skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
+ Ability to train and manage staff
+ Ability to work with little to no supervision
