Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Participate in financial audits and ensure timely completion with minimal discrepancies.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Handle special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
