Job Description
Description Designation: Sr. Accountant Reporting to: Manager-Finance Role: Handling all outdoor activities of payment collection, deposits in bank and assist bank related activities and handling bill certification. Salary : 7 to 10 L Per Annum Chief Responsibilities To ensure collection of payments and assist in cash flow. To promptly follow up with clients to have effective collection cycle. To assist accounts team as and when required for statutory compliance. To be one-point contact for all outdoor activities of accounts collection/payment process. To ensure deposits in bank and assist in bank related activities. To maintain stock records /movement in stock books /computerized inventory management system. Ensure accuracy of all documents such as receipt notes, delivery notes, sale returns and stock registers Raise DCs based on purchase orders/material indents. To ensure that the stock statement requirement of the bank is prepared and submitted with 5th of every month To get familiar with the statutory requirements related to goods delivery within and outside the state and prepare documents without any errors.
