Desired Candidate Profile:

• An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven working experience as Sr. Accountant /Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or equivalent position
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Zoho Books, Tally ERP, accounting software and databases
• The Age limit should not be more than 42 years
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
• Bachelors / Master degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including but not limited to month and end-year process, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Provide recommendations, Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
