Job Description

The purpose of this role is to own the campaign management across Dentsu clients within the Addressable team.Job Title: Senior Account manager - Programmatic:Key Responsibilities:

• Understands clients\xe2\x80\x99 brands, structure, and industry as well as project goals
• Develop, implement, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges)
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet client goals and KPIs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning campaign strategies accordingly.
• Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and execute programmatic media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new tactics to improve campaign outcomes.
• Use advanced analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Monitors investment of digital spend and ensures revenue/margin goals are met
• Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with clients and able to guide internal teams to align campaign strategies and objectives.
• Build strong relationships across stakeholders (externally with clients and with teams internally
• Training and development of team members (Junior programmatic manager)
• Regular contribution to the media community i.e blogs, case studies, conferences
