JOB role : Team leader (Inside sales)

Experience : 4++ years

Salary : 20000Rs - 60000Rs per month(Based on experience)

MAINLY LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE SECTOR CANDIDATES

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of site visit coordinators to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the site visit department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve their full potential.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the site visit process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, customer feedback, and site visit metrics.
• Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continually improve department operations.

Eligibility/Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a team leading role in industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale. (Sales is Mandatory but Real estate is not mandatory)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Working Hours: Comfortable with working 6 days a week with rotational week offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
