You will manage client relationships, drive media outreach, and contribute to the growth of the PR department. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for public relations.Key Responsibilities:Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client goals and objectives, and align PR strategies to meet them.
• Prepare and present PR plans, reports, and metrics to clients.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform PR strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, marketing) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Manage PR budgets and timelines effectively.

Media Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
• Pitch story ideas and secure media coverage across various platforms (print, broadcast, online).
• Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Monitor media coverage and report on campaign success.

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling content, including press releases, feature articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with client messaging and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content.

Crisis Management:

• Assist in managing communication during crisis situations.
• Develop crisis communication plans and media statements.
• Provide timely and accurate information to the media and public.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Mentor junior staff members and interns, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Contribute to the development of team processes and best practices.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
• Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
