Role & Responsibility:
- Day to Day accounting in tally Like Sales,Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Expenses Entries
- Prepare Monthly collection target and co-ordinate with Marketing team for collection
- Prepare Monthly payable target and co-ordinate with purchase team
- Monthly collection entries in our sales module
- Salary Prepare & issue salary slip and Also deposit PF,ESI
- Reconciliation Ledger account statement of Vendor & Supplier
- Make payment of TDS, Advance tax,& vendor payment
- Prepare TDS Return
- Monthly Preparation of GST Returns (GSTR-1 & 3B)
- Prepare GST refund on Quarterly Basis
- Reconciliation GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B on monthly basis
- Reconciliation purchase and sales report with plant data
- Other General Work Like:- Banking work, Professional tax, GEB & GPCB work
- 5-8 Years of Experience as an accountant
- Resides in Bikaner or willing to relocate
- Has the knowledge of GST,TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Tally ERP
- Salary- 30-35K
