Arena Animation Kankurgachi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 3D Faculty member to join our team. As a 3D Faculty, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of 3D artists and animators. Your primary responsibility will be to instruct, mentor, and guide students through various aspects of 3D. You will be instrumental in providing a high-quality learning experience and fostering creativity among our students. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive lectures and hands-on training sessions in 3D animation, modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, dynamics and visual effects.
- Deliver curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and trends.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students on their projects, ensuring their growth and development.
- Stay updated with the latest software and technologies in the field of 3D animation and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience at Arena Animation Kankurgachi.
- Participate in student assessments, evaluations, and grading.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Effects, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
- Knowledge of industry-standard visual effects and compositing software like Adobe After Effects, Nuke, or similar.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in 3D is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the animation industry.
- Patience and the ability to effectively mentor and inspire students.
