Position Details Do you enjoy identifying break through ideas and developing creative solutions Do you want to work on next-generation and cutting-edge solutions As part of our EY-Assurance Team, the Audit Strategic Consultant Manager will work on solving complex business issues from shaping strategy to execution to reimagine Audit. As part of the Assurance Innovation Lab, you will work with Senior Leaders in the firm, thought leaders in the industry, Solution Architects and Developers with AI/ML, AR/VR, Blockchain expertise to help define the future of the firm offerings by disruptive thinking, identifying emerging trends, spotting white space opportunities and define the innovation strategy and execute it. Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications) Requirement & Qualification Should have experience in Statutory audit/External reporting/US GAAP with clients prior to moving into Digital Transformation MBA from top tier colleges and CA/ACCA with adequate industry experience. Overall, 8-12 years of experience in strategy development with top strategy companies including 2-4 years of experience in Audit Strong client presence with experience facilitating ideation/brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops High level proficiency in developing executive level communications/presentations. Ability to think out of the box and questions the status-quo while coming up with innovative solutions Grasps complex problems and synthes unstructured data to summarize effectively and drive key decisions Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting priorities Ability to engage in Business discussions with Senior Leadership teams Good Understanding of Technologies and Implementation of various solutions using cutting edge technologies like AI/ML, AR/VR, Crypto etc., Identify opportunities and link them with industry insights and client business impact Conduct deep dives into underlying assumptions and quantitative details of all analyses and make recommendations based on developed insight Key Responsibilities: Engaging with Senior Leaders in Audit to shape and prioritize innovation objectives and develop innovation strategy and roadmap Organize Develop strong relationship with onshore stakeholders (Area\'s leadership and champion network) and manage their expectations on service delivery Responsible for identifying and creating new service offerings/Solutions Responsible for ensuring high quality consistent and efficient service is provided by the team to the Project teams of different areas/regions Responsible for managing the operational aspects of Project management such as, resource management, Metrics & Reporting, performance management and elements of risk management In addition, the Manager will be responsible to build strong relationships with local teams and clients, identifying areas where GDS can improve quality of, and increase the scope of work Experience in coordinating projects and interdependencies between various projects within the program Additional skills requirements: Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously through effective prioritization,organization, flexibility and self-discipline. Must have demonstrated project management experience. Knowledge of firm\'s reporting tools and processes. Proactive, organized and self-sufficient with ability to priorities and multitask. Analyses complex or unusual problems and is able to deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions. Ability to quickly and easily create/ gather/ analyze data from a variety of sources.
