Job Description

semi-qualified company secretary (CS) has many responsibilities, including:

• Regulatory compliance : Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and FEMA
• Corporate governance : Advising the board of directors on corporate governance best practices
• Company secretarial functions : Assisting with company secretarial functions, such as drafting notices and agendas, preparing minutes, and filing returns
• Statutory registers : Managing the company's statutory registers and ensuring record keeping
• Meetings : Assisting with organizing board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas
• Documentation : Preparing legal documents and agreements
• Research : Analyzing SEBI circulars and preparing impact analysis reports
• Coordination : Coordinating with SEBI and the stock exchange for ESOP schemes
• Inspections : Handling inspections and preparing replies to intermediaries
• Accounts : Preparing and filing ROC forms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
