Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Representative will play a crucial role in representing our company, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, particularly focusing on company secretaries of various organizations. The ideal candidate will leverage their company secretarial knowledge and experience to communicate effectively with clients, generate new business, and sustain long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, specifically targeting company secretaries.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our services accordingly.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for company secretaries within corporate clients.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.
3. Sales Presentations and Meetings:
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to company secretaries and other key decision-makers.
• Organize and attend meetings, both in-person and virtual, to explain our products/services.
• Represent our company at corporate events, seminars, and conferences.
4. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
• Semi-qualified or fully qualified Company Secretary.
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with ease.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
