Job Summary:

The Selected Candidate will be Heading Digital Marketing Team in a rapidly growing Global Startup.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Experience in team Handling.

2) Strategize and delegate digital marketing initiatives.

3) Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

4) Web Traffic Management through paid campaigns and Organic Growth.

5) Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.

2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign optimizations and content creation.

3. Monitor budget allocation and performance, adjusting bids and strategies to achieve KPIs.

4. Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

5. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing.

7. Collaborate with other digital marketing teams (e.g., SEO, content) to align strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a SEM Specialist or similar role managing PPC campaigns.

2. Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms; Google Ads certification preferred.

3. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred).Additional Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Experience with display advertising and remarketing campaigns. Knowledge of landing page optimization techniques. Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
