What you'll do:
• Support the development and execution of global paid search campaigns
• Own paid campaign planning, ideation, creation, distribution, amplification, and analysis
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
• Manage and/or liaison with agency on campaign execution
• Ensure ad copy complies with Cytiva's brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Track progress of campaigns for effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Drive ROI through creative and efficient bidding techniques
Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years' experience independently managing enterprise paid search campaigns
• Google AdWords and Google Analytics proficiency is a MUST
• First-hand experience building and maintaining a campaign from the ground up
• Knowledge of integrated marketing strategy and how paid search supports organic search, social, etc.
• Strong project management and organization skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams and outside vendors
• High energy, proactive team player, and flexible to pivot with changes in priorities
• The ideal candidate will own the paid search strategy and work with our agency to maximize spend
Preferred experience:
• Preferred: life sciences product/industry acumen
• Preferred: In-house and agency experience
• Preferred: Adobe Analytics Experience
