Cayroshop.com is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Seller Onboarding Executive

to facilitate the registration and onboarding of new sellers on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding sellers through the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to selling on Cayroshop.com.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and guide new sellers through the registration and onboarding process on Cayroshop.com. Verify and manage seller documentation such as GST, PAN, bank account, etc. Support sellers in listing their products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. Educate sellers on platform policies, processes, payment cycles, and operational guidelines. Provide continuous support via phone, email, or chat to resolve seller issues or concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational onboarding roadblocks. Maintain detailed records of seller onboarding status and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce, seller support, or onboarding Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets, and seller support tools. Good understanding of online marketplaces and seller documentation requirements. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with seller onboarding or catalog management on any e-commerce platform. Basic understanding of product categorization, inventory, and pricing strategies. Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
