CRM Manager Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a single point of contact for the organization for coordination with CRM vendor and managing the CRM admin. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a link between the Sales, Call Centre and Marketing teams for the smooth functioning of all departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Tracking to improve conversion ratio. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.
