This position is part of the overall the Global TTS Core Accounting Quality Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Flexcube Transformation and BAU programs. This is a unique opportunity to join an excellent team and have a meaningful impact on the Quality Engineering strategy, automation process and culture.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Participate in requirements, design reviews with Product, Business Analysts and Development to assure that the product under development meets requirements, and tested efficiently. Perform requirements reviews and traceability analyses to assess test coverage.\xc2\xb7 Performs functional, automation and regression testing and all Initiatives related to Testing process and product rollout into production. The specialists will also work with technology project managers, professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.\xc2\xb7 Working within agile (Safe-agile) scrum teams with a BDD approach and supporting the developers to quality assure developments early.\xc2\xb7 Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using Behavior Driven Development methodology.\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute automated test suites for different validation stages - in sprint, integration, regression, performance and usability testing.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Code and debug complex financial applications, test artifacts, including Test Plans and Exit Reports, conditioning reusable test data for automation scripts.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for daily status reporting at project level on various automation initiatives, showcase ROI and champion automation.\xc2\xb7 Ensure Traceability of test cases with automation scripts and results back to specific user stories/requirements.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Docker-based deployment and execution.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer science, Software engineering or a related field.\xc2\xb7 4-6 years of IT Quality Engineering/SDET roles and Development experience in a fast-paced, time-to market driven environment preferred.\xc2\xb7 Highly Proficient in Java, Python and other programming languages used for automation.\xc2\xb7 Championed and played an active part in finding bugs and improving product quality and team practices using automation.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Behavior Driven Development, automated test script creation and modification required, in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment build and test cycle.\xc2\xb7 Experience with, or very knowledgeable in, cloud based development leveraging Cloud Foundry in PaaS environment.\xc2\xb7 Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills are required.\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile and Agile-hybrid environment.\xc2\xb7 Well versed in automation with Cucumber Framework and the Gherkin language.Technical / Functional Proficiency:\xc2\xb7 Experience in Oracle Flexcube Application\xc2\xb7 Experience in waterfall , Agile , BDD and Dev Ops testing methodologies\xc2\xb7 Experience with Advanced Excel techniques, Java, Selenium, UFT and other automation tools.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Oracle DB -PL/SQL, Stored procedures\xc2\xb7 Strong experience in leading/managing financial technology projects, using structured project tracing tools such as JIRA, MS Project or SharePoint\xc2\xb7 Strong UNIX , Shell , Perl , Python scripting experience\xc2\xb7 Extensive coursework / experience in quantitative analysis & statistical modeling will be a plus.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to prepare presentations for executive level audience and familiarity with Power Point, Visio , Excel\xc2\xb7 Detailed-oriented, high level of intellectual curiosity and strong sense of ownership.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively and work against tight deadlines\xc2\xb7 Good business acumen and the ability to connect analytics with business decisions\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with hands on experience driving testing strategyP2406000757Job Family Group: TechnologyJob Family: Technology QualityTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
