Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toProduct ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the defined industry segments, for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure that the division and related sales units substantially improve their sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third party, and project sales and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Measurement & Analytics Division for India Region. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Leading the segment team members and reinforces global sales efficiency and performance. xe2x80xa2 Building relationships with key external influencers/key customers and leverages ABBxe2x80x99s strengths to capture new business opportunities. xe2x80xa2 Driving and ensuring knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations. xe2x80xa2 Activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc.Qualifications for the role

  • You enjoy working in Sales, including prospecting, market intelligence, capability development, sales statistics, and coordination with Marketing & Communication in the water and wastewater industries.
  • You have 10 to 15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the water and wastewater industries.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of SFDC.
  • You are passionate about sales planning, Customer-Centric Mindset, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Interpersonal Skills and have strong presentation skills.
  • You hold an engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • To provide flexibility, we are open to considering job locations in other cities as well, including Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai.
