Job Responsibilities Areas of Responsibilities Being part of segment finance function(global) exposed to . Transfer price, P&L and balance sheet analysis for Danfoss climate segment . Work closing with key Stake holders to facilitate their goal, . Responsible for the development of timely, accurate, concise and actionable reporting for senior leadership and regularly presenting to various stakeholders. . Seeks continuous improvement in the financial process to include enhanced, standardized reporting, automation of processes, and enhancement of business cases. . Management reporting across Product lines and Business units . Developing templates, performance management tools and dashboards . Drive the Monthly KPI reporting process, responsible for data gathering and reporting . Ad hoc analysis Key tasks . Leading MIS, Dashboards, KPIs preparation . Analyzing transfer price, P&L and balance sheet Analysis full or phase manner . Controlling of reporting and financial infrastructure/data maintenance . Variance analysis e.g. actual vs target/forecast, . Identification system or report issues and follow up for resolution . Regular interaction with Stakeholders . Provide Necessary data for tactical and strategic decisions on an ad hoc basis . Support for Financial communication, execution of specific ad hoc reports Background & Skills Success Criteria . Ability to understand financial statement and well versed with accounting concepts . Understanding of key financial concept e.g. P&L, B/S, Working capital, inventory Fixed expenses . Exposed to key ERP process e.g. intercompany, sales, purchases, GRIR, GINI, purchases price variance, Good movements, pricing conditions and etc. . Analytical skills and able to quantify the variance . Time management of task/process . Standardization of activity and documentation . Strong Business partnering and communication . Ability to further improve on assigned tasks and align across Danfoss\' segments . Experience with reporting/ controlling processes . Expert Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint) . Experienced in SAP or any ERP, HFM/ Hyperion, BI/ BW .
