This role will focus on managing client relationships, supporting sales teams, and enhancing business development efforts. - The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between various departments, monitor sales activities, and assist in the development of new business strategies. A strong emphasis will be placed on supporting sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their targets. - This position requires a very smart, intelligent and pleasing personality with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and the sales team.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Oversight:- Monitor and support sales personnel to ensure targets are met.- Provide guidance and mentorship to new sales team members.2. Manager Alliance:- Establish and maintain strategic alliances with other businesses to drive mutual growth.- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with terms.- Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies for improving sales effectiveness.6. Sales Monitoring:- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Closely track and analyze the performance of sales employees.- Conduct regular assessments of sales activities to ensure targets are being met.- Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to management.7.
