Position Overview:

We are seeking a Security Personnel with strong driving skills to join our team in Tirur . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, managing access control, and ensuring the protection of employees and property. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in driving, as transportation duties may be part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring : Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring activities and conducting regular patrols.
• Access Control : Manage the entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
• Driving : Provide transportation services for company staff or materials as needed, ensuring safe and timely driving.
• Incident Management : Respond to security incidents or emergencies, report them to management, and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Surveillance : Operate security systems, such as CCTV cameras, and monitor for any suspicious activity.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily logs, and security checks.
• Reporting : Report any security breaches, damages, or hazards to management promptly.
• Customer Service : Assist staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Maintenance : Keep security equipment and vehicles in good working order.

Key Requirements:

• Education : No specific educational requirement; prior experience in security services is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in security services or a related field.
• Driving Skills : Valid driving license and ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Skills :
• Basic security knowledge and ability to follow security procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Proficient in operating surveillance equipment like CCTV systems.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document activities accurately.
