Organize, lead and supervise production employees; solving problems before they develop.
Provide assistance, coaching, and guidance to line employees; fostering an environment that allows them to accomplish daily tasks and achieve goals.
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a manufacturing plant, ensuring that production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner. The Supervisor will supervise staff, monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
