Security Supervisor
Job Description
• Team Management : Supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel.
• Training and Development : Providing training to security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency responses.
• Security Planning : Developing security plans and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and assets.
• Monitoring : Overseeing surveillance systems and monitoring the premises for any suspicious activity.
• Incident Response : Responding to security incidents and coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
• Risk Assessment : Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks.
• Reporting : Documenting incidents, writing reports, and maintaining records related to security activities.
• Equipment Maintenance : Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment.
• Customer Service : Providing assistance and information to employees, visitors, and clients regarding security policies and procedures.
• Emergency Preparedness : Planning and preparing for emergencies such as fires, natural disasters, or medical emergencies.
Experience:
• Total work: 10- 13 year

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
