Security Supervisor
Job Description
Security Operations:
1. Supervise security personnel.
2. Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
3. Respond to emergencies.
Access Control:
1. Monitor entrance/exit points.
2. Manage ID cards and access passes.
3. Ensure authorized entry.
CCTV Surveillance:
1. Monitor CCTV cameras.
2. Investigate incidents.
3. Maintain surveillance records.
Emergency Response:
1. Handle medical emergencies.
2. Coordinate with local authorities.
3. Activate emergency protocols.
Compliance:
1. Adhere to security protocols.
2. Ensure compliance with college policies.
Training and Development:
1. Train security personnel.
2. Conduct drills and exercises.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in security supervision.
3. Valid security certification (e.g., CPS, ASC).
Skills:
1. Security management.
2. Leadership and teamwork.
3. Communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Emergency response and crisis management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
