Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management:

Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and sensitive information. Monitor and manage access controls, surveillance systems, and security checkpoints.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.

Patrols and Inspections:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate risks. Perform inspections of security systems, fences, and locks.

Team Supervision:

Lead and train security staff to maintain high standards of performance. Delegate tasks and oversee the daily operations of the security team.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitor logs, and daily activities. Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management.

Compliance and Procedures:

Ensure adherence to company security policies and legal regulations. Assist in developing and updating security procedures and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Service Background:

Must be an ex-serviceman with a proven record of disciplined and honorable service.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in handling security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.

Physical Fitness:

Good physical condition to perform duties effectively.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certification in security management or related courses.
