Your Role and Responsibilities

We are actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled resource to join our elite cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing advanced security strategies to safeguard our organization against sophisticated cyber threats.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
Primary Responsibility:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Proofpoint Email Security solutions.
• Ensure the secure and efficient operation of email security controls to protect against phishing, malware, and other email-based threats.
• Manage and enhance security configurations within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement and optimize security features in Microsoft 365.
• Monitor and analyze email traffic for potential security threats.
• Configure and optimize email gateways to filter malicious content and enforce security policies.
• Utilize Proofpoint Threat Intelligence and Microsoft 365 security features to detect and respond to email-based threats.
• Conduct investigations and lead incident response efforts for email security incidents.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver security awareness programs related to email security.
• Educate end-users on best practices for identifying and reporting phishing attempts.
• Ensure email security configurations align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct periodic security audits and assessments for email and cloud security.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to integrate email and cloud security measures into the broader cybersecurity architecture.
• Collaborate on the implementation of security policies and practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation related to Proofpoint Email Security and Microsoft 365 security configurations, policies, and incident response procedures.
• Create and update standard operating procedures for email and O365 security management.

Secondary Responsibility:

• Good to have knowledge in cloud security.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in Email Security and O365 security, with a focus on Proofpoint and Microsoft 365.
• In-depth knowledge of email security concepts, anti-phishing measures, and Microsoft 365 security features.
• Desired experience in cloud security.
• Worked on tools belongs to Proofpoint, Microsoft 365.
• Must have desire to learn or cross skill with new technologies.
• Must be able to work in morning, evening, and night shifts Mandatory.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering/information security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA CASP+, or equivalent.
• Proven experience to work in a SOC environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of security technologies and advanced threat landscapes.
• Proven experience in managing and responding to complex security incidents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
