Monitoring and managing Security Service delivery per SOW and ensure smooth functionality of services.
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Analysing internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
Performance and Quality Management
Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring.
Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between client service manager and departments.
Technical Perception
Supervising services delivery teams, coordinating security teams, client and organization management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the environment.
Closely work with Client Service Managers to understand their future goals/road map, plan and ensure are met with in the scope of SOW
Making sure that in-scope security services are updated, patched with latest patches and keeping them up-to-date
Enabling high-level performance benchmarks for access devices
Meeting Support
Manage client relationships, establish trust by ensuring periodical meetings with client and provide service delivery status updates time-to-time
Setup weekly/monthly/ad hoc meetings for performance monitoring
Look for new business within account for additional business time to time
Service Delivery Lead
Service Delivery Leads require service delivery skills to effectively manage the delivery of security services. key skills required:
Service Management: Should understand service management principles, and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This includes incident management, problem management, change management.
Client Relationship Management: Service Delivery Lead need strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. They should be able to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
Leadership: Possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate their team members. This includes the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork.
