Job Description

Key Responsibilities: candidate must have experience in facility management company. 1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and manage the security team in Gujarat, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to security personnel.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

2. Security Operations:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to security incidents.

3. Incident Response:

• Develop and maintain an incident response plan to effectively handle
• security incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders in the event of a security breach or incident.

4. Security Awareness:

• Promote security awareness and education programs for employees to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
• Conduct training sessions on security protocols and best practices.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to integrate security measures into various business processes.
• Collaborate with external security agencies, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance overall security.

Experience:

• Proven experience in security operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of security best practices, risk management, and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local and national security regulations and laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year Schedule:
