Job Description

Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to security breaches or incidents. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies. Conduct patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity and ensure adherence to security protocols. Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. Develop and implement security training programs for security personnel. Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all security equipment (CCTV, access control systems, alarms). Schedule and oversee the work of security guards, assigning duties and ensuring they follow all protocols. Enforce all safety and security rules and regulations. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public, staff, and law enforcement.
