- Position : Security Officer cum In-charge
- Location : Kalamsar,Khambhat,gujarat
- Industry : Textile Chemical (Dayes & Intermediates)
- Experience : 6+ Yrs
- CTC : Upto 6 LPA Depends on interview
- Should have extensive knowledge and experience of handling security & operations of factory
- Handling the gate ,manpower, material & CCTV will be the primary role.
- Responsible for Plant Security, Watch & Warding, Vigilance, movement controlling.
- Responsible for the physical security, protection services and privacy of the plant and its employees.
- Planning & managing contractual security staff.
- Liasioning with police, government agencies, local administration. Reporting of incidents and ensure that reports are analyzed in terms of trends emerging.
- Day to day departmental activities like gate pass authorization, complaint, checking of statutory documentation etc
- Receive and deal with any information that has a security dimension and deal with this in a Confidential manner.
- In addition to protecting the company\'s physical assets, he has to work closely with risk management and safety departments as well, to ensure that employees are safe and secure while working.
- Factory cars & incoming or outgoing Vehicle management
- Candidate must be an EX ARMY OFFICER or Served in the Police Department.
- Must be Retired Defense Force (Army, Air Force, Navy) or Retired Para Military/Police (CISF, CRPF, BSF, RPF, SSB, State Police etc.)
- Need a perceptive person who is able to make decisions quickly and confidently.
- A strong understanding of law enforcement and legal issues and guidelines surrounding corporate security is also a requirement..
- Communication and problem solving skills.
