Position : Security Manpower Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition :
• Identify potential clients in need of security services such as bouncers, PSOs, guards, and manpower staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients.
• Market Research :
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the security services industry.
• Evaluate competitors and develop unique value propositions.
• Lead Generation & Management :
• Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, cold calls, emails, and networking events.
• Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads.
• Promotional Activities :
• Create marketing campaigns to highlight Unborn Secure LLP's expertise in security services.
• Leverage digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads to reach target audiences.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly.
• Collaborative Planning :
• Work with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the security or facility management sector.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?85,000.00 per month
