JOB PURPOSE Reporting to India Security Head, the Hyderabad Hub Security manager contributes to the hub employees\xe2\x80\x99 wellbeing by ensuring an appropriate level of protection to our people, assets, and information. He prepares, proposes, and implements the hub security action plan. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Hyderabad Hub Security manager is responsible for:
  • Informing about changes in threats and risks that could lead to modify the security posture while the hub expands over time.
  • Ensuring compliance with local security related regulations and inform management of any update in these regulations.
  • Implementing security requirements when and where necessary.
  • Supporting crisis management according to security related crisis risks identified at hub level.
  • Organize capability to respond and assist in the event of a security incident.
  • Promoting a strong Security Culture.
  • Ensuring the execution of Security programs at hub level.
  • Liaising with Workplace Experience and HSE counterparts to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Being the Point of Contact for local Law Enforcement and building management in case of security issues.
  • Being responsible of all deliveries/material move gatePass management.
Hub Security Design:
  • Working together with Workplace Experience Team Project as early as possible.
  • Working with Global Security teams to ensure standardization in security solutions.
  • Setting a communication channel with building owner, tenants, facilities managers and security systems providers to ensure a cohesive and efficient hub security (multi-tenant lease).
  • Reviewing and validating the necessary hub security requirements (e.g. zoning, control of access, security systems and means).
  • Checking the providers\xe2\x80\x99 capability of ensuring employees\xe2\x80\x99 security (e.g. access control, etc.).
  • Integrating security requirements in the contract.
People & Events Protection: Hiring the security point of contact of business travelers coming to the hub.
  • Supporting event owners for the organization of sensitive or large cultural and community onsite events.
  • Providing security awareness, communication and training including organizing female employees self-defense sessions.
  • Coordinating secure transport provided to female employees leaving office after 8PM.
  • Supporting India Security Head in auditing all vendors providing services to the Hub (hotels, transportation, creches)
  • Reporting incidents and coordinate with India Security Head.

Assets protection \xe2\x80\x93 Site Protection:
  • Maintaining and monitoring the site security governance (organisation, processes, systems; threat assessment, risk identification).
  • Ensuring the implementation of physical building security measures by appropriate controls and regular self-assessments. Supporting India Security Head in regular Hub security audits.
  • Providing security awareness to new employees and contractors on site.
  • Participate in the selection of Security Services according to standard.
  • Supervising and monitoring security services and security room.
Information Protection:
  • Building and developing an information protection culture covering the company sensitive information as well as personal data (privacy).
  • Promoting best practices e.g. compliance with the clear desk policy and planning/organizing regular checks
  • Engaging hub employees in applying the information classification policy.
  • Updating the hub zoning (sensitive areas) whenever necessary
  • Promoting Information Protection rules in open and shared areas.
  • Being the local representative of Insider Risk Program

PROFILE
  • Experience in risk prevention.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations from Security point on view.
  • Knowledge of site protection best practices.
  • Rigor, discretion, relational capacity, proactive.
  • Ability to identify risks and to report.
  • Conviction and team spirit to disseminate information protection culture among peers.
  • Ability to work as part of a professional network.
  • Sound knowledge of English: written and oral communication skills are essential.
