Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company located in the heart of Gurugram, India. We are a team of focused, determined, and enthusiastic professionals with expertise in managing parking spaces. We can deter unauthorized parking in commercial property, residential areas, and other places. Indus Parking Services takes care of the entire parking enforcement process. We also provide Operation Support to Euro Parking Services. Liaise on a daily basis with staff and the operational management teams. We are seeking a highly capable Security Manager to develop and implement security strategies at our company. You will be creating security policies and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations, and coordinating security staff to develop and implement security strategies at our company. You will be creating security policies and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations, and coordinating security staff. As a Security Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Support the fulfilment of the contracted/business objectives, through the range of duty assignments which will involve security and support duties.
- Ensure safety of customers and all staff.
- To operate, monitor and prioritize all security systems located within the Control Centre in an effective manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the site specific assignment instructions and current legislation.
- To operate and monitor the CCTV systems to activate and manage access control in line with the client requirements.
- To record all events and actions monitored from within the control room.
- To respond and react to any incidents or security issues that may arise.
- To monitor the CCTV system and report any faults through to line manager and in line with client requirements.
- To work alongside the emergency services and other security providers to ensure high standards.
- To produce written reports on incidents and occurrences in line with business requirements
- To perform ad hoc duties as directed
- To understand data protection law and data/system security.
- Prepare rota and handling HR requirements for team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus.
- Must hold a valid Security CCTV License.
- Previous CCTV control room experience required
- Intermediate level PC Skills ( MS Office)
- 5 year checkable work/career history
