Job Description

We are looking for a security Guard for our chemical factory located at Bantala Leather
The security must be at least 12th class pass out. The security guard should be able to take attendance and sign gate passes. The candidate should be young and Vigilant.We will also provide Free lodging if the candidate opts to stay at our factory premises

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the factory premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter.
• Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including the factory floor, parking areas, and perimeter, to identify and report potential security risks.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing first-level resolution and escalating issues as necessary.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Safety Compliance: Assist in enforcing safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper security measures are in place.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management, HR, and other departments to address security concerns and improve protocols.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
