Security Guard
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Watch and Protect:
Keep an eye on the area to prevent theft, damage, or other problems.
Patrol the site and check doors, windows, and other points of access.
2. Monitor Access:
Make sure only authorized people enter the building or area.
Check IDs or visitor passes when needed.
3. Handle Incidents:
Respond quickly to alarms or emergencies.
Report anything unusual or suspicious to supervisors or the police.
4. Help People:
Give directions or answer questions for visitors or employees.
Help in emergencies like evacuations or first aid.
Requirements:
Must be able to stay alert and focused.
Good communication skills to talk with people and report incidents.
Physically fit to stand, walk, or run when needed.
Knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Work indoors or outdoors depending on the location.
Be available for day, night, or weekend shifts.
