1. Patrolling:* Regularly patrol the showroom premises, including the showroom floor, parking lot, and other areas, to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. 2. Monitoring Surveillance Systems:* Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity, respond to security breaches, and prevent theft or damage to showroom property. 3. Access Control:* Control access to the showroom by checking the identification of visitors, ensuring that only authorized personnel and customers enter the premises, and maintaining visitor logs. 4. Crowd Control:* Manage crowd flow during peak hours or special events to prevent congestion and maintain orderliness within the showroom. 5. *Emergency Response:* Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats, and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property. 6. Customer Assistance:* Provide assistance and guidance to customers, including directing them to the appropriate showroom areas, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 7. Vehicle Protection:* Keep a watchful eye on displayed vehicles, ensuring they are not tampered with or stolen. Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to management or law enforcement authorities. 8. Maintaining Security Equipment:* Ensure that security equipment such as alarms, locks, and surveillance cameras are functioning properly. Report any malfunctions or maintenance issues to the relevant authorities. 9. Reporting Incidents:* Document security incidents, accidents, or breaches of security protocols in written reports, and communicate them to management for further action or investigation.
