Security guards are responsible for the security of a building or venue. Their duties may include: Patrolling: Patrolling grounds, buildings, and other areas of responsibility Monitoring: Monitoring surveillance footage, security, crowds, and property Enforcement: Enforcing company security policies and legal protocols Response: Responding to distress calls, contacting law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency, and reporting adverse situations to the appropriate authorities Log: Maintaining a daily log of irregular occurrences such as property damage, the entrance of unauthorized persons, and other unusual occurrences Traffic: Directing vehicular and pedestrian traffic Security: Securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter in all weather conditions Access: Guarding access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols Eviction: Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over Reports: Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management Job Type: Full-time Pay: 22,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
