Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, and customer service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to ensure safety and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property, apprehend criminals, and report any suspicious activities to local authorities.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Perform security checks and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Write and submit security reports, including observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols, including evacuation plans and first aid.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for long periods and lift/move equipment as needed.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
