: Factory Security Guard

Job Summary:

A Factory Security Guard will be responsible for safeguarding the factory premises, personnel, and assets. This role involves monitoring and protecting the facility, deterring unauthorized access, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the factory premises regularly on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Control access to the factory by authorizing entrance and exit.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate suspicious activities and report incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security.
• Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.
• Collaborate with other security personnel and factory staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for surveillance system monitoring and report writing.
• Valid security guard license (if required by local regulations).

Additional Responsibilities (may vary based on specific factory requirements):

• Fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• First aid and emergency response training.
• Knowledge of relevant security systems and equipment.

By effectively fulfilling these duties, the Security Guard plays a vital role in protecting the factory's assets and ensuring the safety of its employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
